One Service Hub, Two Categories

Organized around what each treatment is designed to do.

Aesthetics and regenerative medicine may appear together within a modern men’s health practice, but they are not the same category. Keeping them separate helps patients understand whether the starting goal involves appearance, targeted muscle relaxation, erection blood flow, device-based treatment, patient-derived plasma, physician-guided peptide or wellness support, or a donor-derived tissue product.

Every service requires an individualized medical evaluation. Treatment availability, candidacy, expected duration, evidence, risks, alternatives, and aftercare vary by procedure and patient.

01

Aesthetic procedures

Focused on selected appearance, proportion, enhancement, retraction, or comfort goals involving penile or scrotal anatomy.

02

Device-based treatments

Shockwave therapy and ApexRF use noninvasive technologies rather than filler, a blood draw, or donor-derived tissue.

03

Biologic, peptide, wellness + tissue pathways

PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood. Sermorelin is discussed within physician-guided peptide support, NAD+ within a medically supervised wellness plan, and VITTI-PURE, EV-PURE+, and WJ-PURE+ use donor-derived umbilical cord tissue.

Men’s Aesthetics in Los Angeles 01
Aesthetic Services

Enhancement, appearance, retraction, and comfort—with each treatment kept distinct.

Joshua R. Gonzalez, MD offers PhalloFILL® nonsurgical penile girth enhancement, penile Botox, and scrotal Botox. Each treatment uses a different approach, targets different anatomy, and is planned around an individualized goal.

Nonsurgical Enhancement 01
Penile Girth Enhancement

PhalloFILL®

A nonsurgical penile enhancement protocol using hyaluronic acid dermal filler to add girth through a customized, proportion-focused plan.

Primary Goal Increase penile girth and improve visual proportion.
Method Hyaluronic-acid filler placed according to anatomy and desired volume.
Planning Treatment may be staged; amount, longevity, and maintenance vary.

PhalloFILL® is the service on this page specifically focused on nonsurgical penile girth enhancement. Consultation addresses baseline anatomy, desired change, filler placement, expected longevity, aftercare, possible complications, and whether staged treatment is appropriate.

Retraction + Erectile Support 02
Penile Botulinum Toxin

Penile Botox

An off-label botulinum toxin treatment primarily considered to reduce penile retraction, create a more relaxed flaccid appearance, and support erection blood flow in appropriately selected patients.

Retraction Designed to relax targeted muscle activity that contributes to penile retraction.
Desired Appearance A more relaxed and visible flaccid presentation—often described as appearing more like a “shower” than a “grower.”
Erectile Goal May also be considered as part of a plan intended to support erection blood flow and function.

Penile Botox is not a filler and does not add girth or permanently lengthen the penis. Instead, the treatment is designed around temporary relaxation of targeted muscle activity. Consultation should include current sexual function, the degree of retraction, anatomy, relevant medical history, expectations, risks, alternatives, and the temporary nature of the effect.

Scrotal Retraction + Appearance 03
Scrotal Botulinum Toxin

Scrotal Botox

An off-label treatment primarily considered to help reduce scrotal and testicular retraction and create the appearance of a more relaxed, lower-hanging, and fuller scrotum.

Retraction Targets muscle activity associated with scrotal contraction and testicular retraction.
Desired Appearance A more relaxed scrotal position with the visual appearance of greater fullness.
Duration Effects are temporary and vary according to dose, anatomy, treatment plan, and individual response.

Scrotal Botox is sometimes informally called “Scrotox.” The treatment is designed to relax selected dartos or cremasteric muscle activity rather than physically enlarge the testicles. Dr. Gonzalez reviews the requested outcome, anatomy, potential risks, fertility considerations, limitations, aftercare, and whether treatment is appropriate.

Regenerative Medicine in Los Angeles 02
Regenerative Sexual Health

Eight services grouped by source and treatment method.

This section separates technology-based treatment, patient-derived platelet-rich plasma, physician-guided peptide and wellness support, and donor-derived umbilical cord tissue products. Each pathway has a different source, proposed mechanism, treatment goal, and clinical discussion.

Technology-Based

Noninvasive device treatments

These options use acoustic-wave or radiofrequency technology rather than filler, a blood draw, or donor-derived tissue.

Autologous Biologic

PRP prepared from the patient’s own blood

PRP uses the patient’s own plasma and concentrated platelets, which contain naturally occurring growth factors involved in tissue signaling and repair.

Patient-Derived Platelets PRP for Erectile Dysfunction A small blood sample is processed to concentrate platelets and growth factors before the platelet-rich plasma is used in an individualized plan intended to promote tissue regeneration and improve erectile tissue function.
Patient-Derived Source One’s own plasma and growth factors Because PRP is prepared from the patient’s own blood, it avoids exposure to donor-derived tissue. PRP has also been used across other areas of medicine, including orthopedics and dermatology, although preparation protocols and evidence vary by condition.
Peptide + Wellness Support

Physician-guided Sermorelin and NAD+ conversations

This pathway keeps peptide and wellness support medically supervised, individualized, and separate from the erectile-tissue procedures above. The focus is candidacy, realistic goals, monitoring, and follow-up rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol.

Donor-Derived Umbilical-Cord Tissue

VITTI product pathways

These product pathways use donor-derived umbilical cord tissue with different processing and matrix formats. Consultation addresses the source, proposed use, evidence, risks, alternatives, and candidacy for each product.

Consultation First

Choosing a treatment begins with the goal—not the trend.

Some patients know the exact service they want to discuss. Others only know the concern they would like evaluated. A private consultation can clarify the appropriate starting point and whether an aesthetic procedure, technology-based treatment, biologic option, peptide or wellness-support plan, established urologic treatment, or no procedure is the better fit.

01

Define the goal

Separate appearance, proportion, retraction, comfort, erection quality, penile curvature, and other sexual health concerns.

02

Review the options

Discuss the proposed benefits, limitations, clinical evidence, uncertainties, risks, and alternatives.

03

Build the plan

Evaluate anatomy, health history, medications, prior treatment, desired effect, aftercare, and follow-up.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

The aesthetics service list includes PhalloFILL® for nonsurgical penile girth enhancement, penile Botox for selected retraction and erectile function goals, and scrotal Botox for selected scrotal retraction and appearance goals. Availability depends on medical evaluation and candidacy.

Penile Botox is primarily considered to reduce penile retraction and create a more relaxed flaccid presentation, sometimes described as appearing more like a “shower” than a “grower.” It may also be discussed as part of an individualized plan intended to support erection blood flow. It is an off-label use, and results are temporary and variable.

Scrotal Botox is primarily considered to reduce scrotal and testicular retraction and create a more relaxed, lower-hanging, and visually fuller scrotum. It relaxes targeted muscle activity rather than enlarging the testicles, and effects are temporary.

The regenerative medicine list includes shockwave therapy, ApexRF, PRP for erectile dysfunction, physician-guided peptide support with Sermorelin, NAD+ wellness support, VITTI-PURE, EV-PURE+, and WJ-PURE+. Each belongs to a distinct technology, biologic, peptide, wellness, or tissue-product pathway.

PRP is autologous, meaning it is prepared from the patient’s own blood. A blood sample is processed to concentrate plasma, platelets, and naturally occurring growth factors before being used according to an individualized treatment plan.

PRP has been used in several areas of medicine, including orthopedics and dermatology. Protocols, preparation methods, evidence, and expected results differ according to the condition being treated.

Sermorelin is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone that stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone. On this page, it is presented as part of a physician-guided peptide-support conversation for appropriate patients after individualized medical review.

NAD is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism. NAD+ support is presented here as a medically supervised wellness discussion in which goals, suitability, treatment logistics, and follow-up are reviewed individually.

They are donor-derived umbilical cord tissue product pathways with different processing and matrix formats. Their source, proposed use, available evidence, risks, alternatives, and candidacy should be reviewed during consultation.

Selection depends on the concern, diagnosis, anatomy, medical history, medications, prior treatments, desired effect, risk tolerance, and available evidence. Some patients may be better served by an established urologic treatment or by no procedure.
